“I want to buy a house.” Simple request, isn’t it? Yet somehow, the mere thought of beginning the home buying process can be stressful. Applying for the loan is often the most stressful part. Especially if it’s your first home. I still remember when I bought my first home. Here were my concerns:
“Do I qualify for a loan? If so, what are my options? Which best suits me? Am I getting a good deal? Do I trust the person handling my loan? Do I trust the company handling my loan?”
I was almost too scared to find out the answers to all of these questions. Choosing your lender is really choosing somebody who can help you answer those questions with confidence.
Yes, I do qualify. Yes, I know all of my options and which options best suit me. I know I’m getting a good deal. I trust my loan officer and the company they work for.
I know I did. That confidence is irreplaceable during the buying process. It’s especially important in today’s market. With lending guidelines tightening and changing every day, that confidence almost seems impossible to obtain.
Here’s a tip of advice. Believe it or not, there is probably a loan that fits your needs that you probably qualify for or can qualify for in a short period of time.
That’s what makes my profession so special. I get to find out everything that’s important to you and your family, dive into that messy, gigantic world of mortgages and finding that perfect loan. Buying a home is a wonderful and exciting time. I hope I can help you and be a part of this chapter in your life.
